They are suitable for the precise winding and unwinding of a wide variety of material rolls and are designed individually, taking into account the application data.

Torque - Expansion Chucks
These mechanical expansion chucks are activated by the web tension and can easily be used on shaftless unwinders and rewinders.

This system allows quick replacement of the expansion units. The expansion units consist of an main cage in which expansion elements are anchored. The outer diameter of the respective expansion unit corresponds to the required core inner diameter. When using different core inner diameters, the suitable expansion unit can be attached to the existing flange/journal unit.
